3. Orders & Payment

Orders placed on the website constitute a purchase offer. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification via our secure payment gateway (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets).

All trademarks, logos, brand names, product photographs, and text content belong exclusively to Urban Ghol Agrofoods and are protected by Indian trademark and copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Urban Ghol Agrofoods shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from misuse of products or website outages. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Urban Ghol Agrofoods — Return, Replacement & Cancellation Guidelines

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched from our warehouse (typically within 12 hours of placing the order). Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled in transit.

2. Food Safety & Return Policy

Due to health, hygiene, and food safety regulations governing consumable food products (Sattu drink mixes), we do not accept returns once the sealed product package has been opened.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a package that is damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ghol.in or WhatsApp with unboxing photos/videos. We will issue a free replacement or full refund immediately.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Lucknow, UP within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery times across India range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your pincode location. Live tracking links are sent via SMS/Email upon dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on orders over ₹499.00. A nominal flat shipping fee applies to smaller orders as shown during checkout.
